These Terms govern your use of Baseball Lineup Manager (the “App”) and related websites. By using the App you agree to these Terms.
The service
The App provides tools to help coaches plan youth baseball lineups. It is offered as-is for personal and coaching use. Features may change as we improve the product.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of rosters, ratings, and league rules you enter.
- You must have rights to store and share any player information you put in the App.
- Do not misuse the App, attempt to break security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Lineups are decision-support tools — you remain responsible for game-day choices and compliance with your league’s rules.
Accounts and third-party services
Optional Google Sign-In is provided so you can export lineups to Google Sheets. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms. Apple’s App Store terms apply to downloads and purchases on iOS.
Sharing
When you share a team file or lineup export, you choose the recipient. Shared content may include personal information about players. Share carefully.
Intellectual property
The App, branding, and related materials are owned by the Baseball Lineup Manager developer or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or a written license.
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that generated lineups will satisfy every league rule or outcome.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $25.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may discontinue or change the App or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction say otherwise.
