Baseball Lineup Manager (“the App”) helps youth baseball coaches build batting orders and defensive assignments. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Who we are

The App is provided by the Baseball Lineup Manager developer. Contact: walkupmusicapp@gmail.com.

Information you create in the App

Rosters, ratings, season rules, games, lineups, and related notes you enter stay under your control. They are stored on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData) and sync to your private iCloud account via CloudKit when you are signed into iCloud.

• Sync keeps your data available after deleting and reinstalling the App, and on other devices signed into the same Apple ID.
• We do not operate a separate lineup server that collects your roster contents for advertising.
• If iCloud is signed out or unavailable, the App still saves on-device; sync resumes when iCloud is available.

Sharing teams and lineups

If you use Share Team or export/print a lineup, you choose who receives the file (for example Messages, Mail, Files, or AirPrint). Shared files can include player names, jersey numbers, ratings, and season settings. Only share with people you trust.

Optional Google account

Google Sign-In is optional and only used to create new Google Sheets for lineup export.

• We request limited Google Drive access so the App can create and edit spreadsheets it creates for you.
• The App is not intended to read, change, or delete your other Drive files.
• Your Google name and email may be shown in Settings so you know which account is connected.
• You can sign out in Settings or revoke access in your Google Account permissions.

Google’s own privacy policy applies to Google’s processing of your Google account data.

Diagnostics and purchases

We do not sell personal information. Standard platform services (Apple App Store, device OS, iCloud) may process technical data needed to run, update, or sync the App under their policies. If in-app purchases are added later, Apple handles payment information; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Children

The App is designed for coaches and adults managing youth teams. Rosters may include minors’ first names or jersey numbers that a coach enters. Coaches are responsible for only including information they are allowed to store and share, and for obtaining any parental permissions their league requires.

Data retention

Data remains on your device (and in your iCloud account if sync is enabled) until you delete it, remove the App, or clear iCloud data for the App. Shared files you send live wherever the recipient saves them.

Your choices

• Delete teams, games, or the App to remove local data.
• Sign out of Google or revoke Google access anytime.
• Manage iCloud for the App in iOS Settings.
• Contact us to ask privacy questions or request help deleting account-linked Google access.

Changes

We may update this policy as the App evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
